The Opportunity

Over the next 18 months, 48,000 head of American Wagyu (both F1 and Fullblood) are committed to Reserve Meats from family-owned ranches throughout the US. We will own the cattle, Azure will manage the distribution. Together, we’re raising the bar-of-expectation for American beef, delivering to families the highest quality at affordable prices. By cutting out the middleman and strengthening our contributions to the parallel economy, we’re doing our part to help Save America.
