Olive-Fed Full-Blood Black Wagyu

Our Cows

Our cattle (both F1 and Fullblood) are black bulls with a high Tajima influence, with genetics and lineage traced back to their great-grandparents from the very best Japanese Tajima bloodlines. The cattle are raised on all US family ranches with all genetics from one master ranch. All F1 cattle come directly from the exact the same line, same master ranch, and are bred with American non-GMO Angus.

Our Beef

Our Olive-Fed Fullblood Line (separate from our main F1/Fullblood lines) raised on prairie grass until 12 months old, then slowly transitioned to a feed-based diet which combines non-GMO corn, non-GMO sugar beets, non-GMO straw, and over 440lbs of non-GMO Olive Feed for over 180 days, which will result in beef with the special and wonderful Olive-Fed flavor. All lines of our beef will grade between 4 and 10 on the BMS scale.

All four grades (6, 8, 10, 12); each with a different level of marbling (Intramuscular fat ratio (IMF%)).
